Printed Thank You Cards: Once the cards have been printed and shipped, refunds are not available. However, if there is an issue with the printing quality or content, we will offer a free reprint.

Digital Thank You Cards: Once the final digital file has been delivered, refunds are not available. However, we offer up to 2 rounds of revisions to ensure the design meets your needs.
2. Revision Policy:

Printed Thank You Cards: After the design is approved, no refunds are available once printing begins. You are entitled to 2 rounds of revisions before final approval.

Digital Thank You Cards: After receiving the first draft, you may request 2 free revisions within 14 days. Additional revisions beyond the 2 rounds may incur extra charges depending on the extent of changes requested.
3. Refund Exceptions:
Refunds are not available in the following situations:
- Customer Error: If incorrect or incomplete information is provided (e.g., wrong names, dates, or text errors), no refunds will be issued. We can offer a discounted reprint if necessary.
- Custom Requests: Special design requests or extensive customisations beyond the original agreement are non-refundable once approved.
- Shipping Delays: Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by third-party shipping services. However, we will work with you to resolve any issues or expedite replacements if necessary.
