    Return and Refund Policy for Photo Restoration Services

    At Eternity Memories, we take great pride in the quality and care of our photo restoration services. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to ensure that every restored photo meets your expectations. Below is our return and refund policy specific to photo restoration services:

    1. Refund Eligibility

    • Digital Restorations: Once the final restored photo has been delivered digitally, refunds are not available. However, if you are not satisfied with the restoration, we will work with you to make reasonable revisions at no extra cost (up to 2 rounds of revisions).

    • Physical Restorations (Scanned and Mailed Photos): For photos that are scanned and mailed back to you, we offer the same policy. Once the digital version of the restoration is delivered, no refunds will be provided, but we will happily adjust the work if needed.

    2. Revision Policy

    • We understand that personal preferences may vary. If the restored photo does not meet your expectations, you are entitled to 2 rounds of revisions free of charge within 14 days of receiving the final product.
    • After 2 rounds of revisions, any additional edits may incur an extra charge depending on the complexity of the changes requested.

    3. Damaged or Lost Physical Photos

    • If a photo is damaged or lost in transit due to our handling, we will provide compensation up to the amount of the cost of the restoration service. However, we highly recommend sending valuable photos via a tracked and insured mail service for added security.
    • If the photo arrives damaged due to improper packaging on your part, we cannot provide a refund for the restoration service.

    4. Refund Exceptions

    Refunds are not available for the following situations:

    • Customer Error: If incorrect or poor-quality digital files are provided, and restoration cannot be achieved as expected, we cannot offer a refund.
    • Unreasonable Expectations: If a customer requests significant alterations that fall beyond the scope of typical photo restoration (e.g., heavy reconstruction or adding/removing major elements), we may charge an additional fee. Refunds will not be issued in these cases.
    • Custom Requests: Custom requests for colourisation or other special edits are non-refundable once the final product is delivered.

    5. How to Request a Revision or Refund

    • For any refund-related queries or issues with physical photos, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
