    • Digital Edits: Once the final edited photo has been delivered digitally, refunds are not available. However, if you are unsatisfied with the result, we will offer up to 2 rounds of revisions at no additional charge.

    • Customer Satisfaction: If after the 2 rounds of revisions the photo still does not meet your expectations, we will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis and consider further adjustments or partial refunds if necessary.

    2. Revision Policy

    • You are entitled to 2 free revisions within 14 days of receiving the final edited image. This allows you to request adjustments or modifications based on your preferences.
    • After 2 rounds of revisions, additional changes will incur extra charges depending on the complexity of the requested edits.

    3. Refund Exceptions

    Refunds are not available in the following situations:

    • Customer Error: If low-quality images or incorrect files are submitted and editing is not possible or does not produce the desired results.
    • Unreasonable Expectations: If extensive edits beyond standard photo editing (e.g., major alterations or unrealistic requests) are asked for, additional charges may apply, and no refund will be provided once the work is completed.
    • Custom Editing Requests: Customised edits, such as complex background changes or object removal, are non-refundable after the final delivery.
