    Return and Refund Policy for Funeral Programmes / Order of Service

    At Eternal Memories, we are committed to providing high-quality, custom-designed programmes that meet your expectations. However, we understand that revisions or adjustments may sometimes be necessary. Below is our return and refund policy for both printed and digital funeral programmes.

    1. Refund Eligibility:

    • Printed Programmes: Once the final printed programmes have been shipped, refunds are not available. However, if there is an issue with printing quality or the content, we will offer a free reprint.

    • Digital Programmes: Once the final digital file has been delivered, refunds are not available. However, we offer up to 2 rounds of revisions to ensure the design meets your expectations.

    2. Revision Policy:

    • Printed Programmes: After the design has been approved, no refunds are available once printing has begun. You are entitled to 2 rounds of revisions before final approval.

    • Digital Programmes: After receiving the first draft, you may request 2 free revisions within 14 days. Additional revisions beyond the 2 rounds may incur extra charges depending on the complexity of changes.

    3. Refund Exceptions:

    Refunds are not available in the following situations:

    • Customer Error: If incorrect or incomplete information is provided (e.g., wrong dates, names, or content errors), no refunds will be issued. However, we will offer a discounted reprint if necessary.
    • Custom Requests: Extensive or complex customisation requests that go beyond the original agreement are non-refundable once approved.
    • Shipping Delays: Refunds will not be issued for delayed deliveries caused by third-party shipping services. However, we will work with you to resolve any issues.

    4. How to Request a Revision or Refund:
