1. Refund Eligibility:

Printed and Engraved Memorial Photo Frames: Once the product has been personalised, printed, and shipped, refunds are not available. However, if there is an issue with the printing or engraving quality, we will offer a free reprint.

Digital Photo Frames: Once the digital frame has been shipped and preloaded with images, refunds are not available. However, we offer up to 2 rounds of revisions on the slideshow content to ensure the design meets your needs.
2. Revision Policy:

Printed and Engraved Frames: You are entitled to 2 rounds of revisions before final design approval. After approval, no further revisions are allowed once printing or engraving begins.

Digital Photo Frames: You may request 2 free revisions to the digital slideshow within 14 days of receiving the frame. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
3. Refund Exceptions:
Refunds are not available in the following situations:
- Customer Error: If incorrect information is provided (e.g., wrong names, dates, or text), no refunds will be issued. We can offer a discounted reprint or re-engraving if necessary.
- Custom Requests: Special design requests or extensive customisations beyond the original agreement are non-refundable once approved.
- Shipping Delays: Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by third-party shipping services. We will work to resolve any issues or expedite replacements if necessary.
