    Return and Refund Policy for Memorial Brochures

    At Eternal Memories, we are dedicated to providing beautifully crafted memorial brochures that meet your expectations. Below is our return and refund policy for both printed and digital memorial brochures:

    1. Refund Eligibility:

    • Printed Memorial Brochures: Once the brochures have been printed and shipped, refunds are not available. However, if there is an issue with printing quality or content errors, we will offer a free reprint.

    • Digital Memorial Brochures: Once the final digital file has been delivered, refunds are not available. However, we offer up to 2 rounds of revisions to ensure the design meets your needs.

    2. Revision Policy:

    • Printed Brochures: After the design is approved, no refunds are available once printing begins. You are entitled to 2 rounds of revisions before final approval.

    • Digital Brochures: After receiving the first draft, you may request 2 free revisions within 14 days. Additional revisions beyond the 2 rounds may incur extra charges depending on the extent of changes requested.

    3. Refund Exceptions:

    Refunds are not available in the following situations:

    • Customer Error: If incorrect or incomplete information is provided (e.g., wrong names, dates, or text errors), no refunds will be issued. We can offer a discounted reprint if needed.
    • Custom Requests: Special design requests or extensive customisations that go beyond the original agreement are non-refundable once approved.
    • Shipping Issues: Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by third-party shipping services. However, we will work with you to resolve any issues or expedite replacements if necessary.

    4. How to Request a Revision or Refund:

    • For revisions or concerns about the design or content of the brochure, please contact us at [Customer Support Email] within 14 days of receiving the digital file or printed brochures.
    • For refund-related queries regarding printed brochures, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
