Return and Refund Policy
Return and Refund Policy for Funeral / Memorial Invitations

At Eternal Memories, we are committed to providing beautifully designed invitations that meet your expectations. However, we understand that sometimes revisions or adjustments may be required. Below is our return and refund policy for both printed and digital invitations:

1. Refund Eligibility:
- Printed Invitations: Once your order has been printed and shipped, refunds are not available. However, if there is an error with the printing or quality, we will offer a reprint at no additional charge.
- Digital Invitations: Once the final digital file has been delivered, refunds are not available. However, we will offer up to 2 rounds of revisions if you are unsatisfied with the design.
2. Revision Policy:
- Printed Invitations: After design approval, no refunds are available once printing begins. You are entitled to 2 rounds of revisions before final approval.
- Digital Invitations: After receiving the first draft, you may request 2 free revisions within 14 days. Additional revisions beyond the 2 rounds may incur extra charges.
3. Refund Exceptions:

Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- Customer Error: If incorrect or incomplete information is provided (e.g., wrong dates, misspelled names), no refunds will be issued. However, we will offer a discounted reprint.
- Unreasonable Requests: Extensive customisation requests beyond the scope of the original agreement are non-refundable.
- Shipping Issues: Refunds for delayed shipments due to carrier problems are not available, but we will work to resolve any issues or expedite replacements.
4. How to Request a Revision or Refund:
