    2. Revision Policy:

    • Digital Photo Montages: You are entitled to 2 free rounds of revisions after receiving the first draft. This allows you to make changes to photo order, text, transitions, and music. Additional revisions beyond the initial 2 rounds may incur extra charges.

    3. Refund Exceptions:

    Refunds are not available in the following situations:

    • Customer Error: If incorrect or low-quality media is provided (e.g., blurry photos), we will not issue refunds but can assist with alternatives or replacements.
    • Custom Requests: Extensive customisation or special design requests beyond the agreed scope are non-refundable after delivery.
