  • Return and Refund Policy

    Return and Refund Policy for Custom Collages

    At Eternal Memories, we aim to provide a personalised and meaningful service with each custom collage. While we work closely with you to ensure your satisfaction, we understand that sometimes revisions may be necessary. Please review our return and refund policy below for custom collage services:

    1. Refund Eligibility

    • Digital Collages: Once the final digital collage is delivered, refunds are not available. However, if you are unsatisfied with the design, you are entitled to 2 rounds of revisions at no additional cost.

    • Physical Collages: For printed or physical collages, refunds are not available after the final product is shipped. We will provide 2 rounds of digital revisions before printing to ensure the design meets your expectations.

    2. Revision Policy

    • After receiving your initial design, you are allowed 2 rounds of revisions within 14 days. This includes adjustments to photo placement, text, or layout.
    • Additional revisions beyond the 2 rounds may incur extra charges, depending on the complexity of the changes requested.

    3. Refund Exceptions

    Refunds are not available in the following cases:

    • Customer Error: If low-quality images are provided or incorrect photos are submitted, and this affects the quality of the final collage, no refunds will be issued.
    • Custom Requests: Collages with extensive customisations (e.g., themed designs, multiple revisions) are non-refundable after the final approval and delivery.
    • Physical Collage Damages: If a physical collage arrives damaged due to shipping, we will work with you to provide a replacement, but refunds will not be provided unless the damage was due to our handling.

    4. How to Request a Revision or Refund

    • For revisions or concerns about the design, please contact us at [Customer Support Email] within 14 days of receiving the digital proof.
    • For refund requests regarding physical collages, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product.
